When Will My Order Arrive?
To calculate when you will receive an item, you need to consider the availability of the items you are ordering as well as the shipping option you select.
Here's the equation we use:
Longest Item Availability + Shipping Time = Total Delivery Time
For example, the availability for Judaica items on our site show 1-4 business days. Your Using EMS (Global / Express Mail Service) will be 2-4 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-4 business day (availability) + 2-4 business days (shipping time). So you can expect to receive this item at your front door 3 to 8 business days after you place your order.
Note: Judaicawebstore.com usually has all the products in stock. However the company keeps the right to inform you, within 48 hrs, in case that the item you have chosen is out of stock. We will notify you how long it will take to get it back to stock and ask you if you want to wait and buy the product.
What if my order includes several items with different availabilities?
Unless you notify us by E-mail, multiple-item orders are held for shipment until all items are available. (For instance, if you order three items, and two have an availability of 24 hours while one has an availability of 2 to 3 days, your order will ship in 2 to 3 days.)
