Jerusalem Teapot. Armenian Ceramic

This gorgeous ceramic teapot is full of bright cheerful color!  Keep it on the mantel as a decoration, or put in in the middle of the table as a centerpiece.  It features an ornate Old Jerusalem motif throughout, together with the word Jerusalem.

Please note:  This teapot is intended for decorative use only.  It is not inteded for use with hot water.

Manufacturing Process:

Each individual item is hand made with ceramic clay. Once complete it is placed in an oven at temp. 1000°C until hardened.
Each piece is then hand painted using metallic and oxidized paint in order to keep its natural color.
Again it is returned to the oven at the same temperature and finished with fine glazing.
