The story of Samson in the Biblical book of Judges is one of the most poignant and tragic in all the Bible.  The end of the story, with a terribly wounded Samson pulling the Philistine temple down on himself and his enemies, is the height of drama.

This gorgeous pair of candlesticks captures the final moments of Samson's life in golden-highlighted silver.  The bottom of the piece is covered in felt, to avoid scratching surfaces.
