Return Policy
Items must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

You may return any of the following items, for any reason, for a full refund:

- Unopened cosmetic and media (CD, DVD, software, or VHS tape) items.
- Unused Mezuzahs, Tallitot, and tefilin.
- Jewelry, books and clothing in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
- Returned silver items may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

The following items are NOT returnable:

- ALL personalized items such as engraved silver and "Name" necklaces and bracelets are NOT returnable.
- Gift Baskets that include food products are not returnable. If they come back to us unclaimed, we can, if you wish, resend them at additional cost, but we cannot return to you any money for them.
