Matisyahu is a walking talking singing rapping contradiction.  An Orthodox Hassidic Jew who has reached the pinnacles of international fame in reggae music, his is the most improbable of careers.  His 2006 breakthrough album Youth holds the record for any reggae album, having reached #4 in the Billboard Hot 100 charts.

His lyrics speak of joy and longing for the greatest ideals and connection to the Infinite, making him among the most positive and constructive voices in popular music today.  His music is a seamless blend of reggae, rap, pop, rock, and much more, and always a joy to listen to.

The CD in this package includes remixes and alternate versions of some of Matisyahu's best known songs, as well as his tremendous and surprising cover of the Police's "Message in a Bottle".
