One of Israel's rock pioneers, Shalom Hanoch is universally acknowledged as one of the people responsible for making the Israeli music scene what it is today. When he started out in the late 1960s, he and Arik Einstein were basically Israel's entire rock scene, and in the ensuing decades, Shalom lost none of his relevance.
From the end of 2009 to the beginning of 2010 Shalom Hanoch performed a series of concerts in Tel Aviv's Hangar 11 that he called Arba Tahanot (four stations). The concerts covered all four decades of his prolific career. Among the surprise guests performers are Rita, Aviv Gefen, Hayehudim, Ehud Banai, Keren Peles, and many more.
