This beautiful and meaningful gift was painstakingly sculpted from metal recovered from an actual Kassam rocket fired into Israel by our enemies. It is in the shape of the map of Israel. The slogan engraved on it is the classic emotion-filled Hebrew phrase Am Israel Chai ("The Jewish People Live"), sung in defiance of history. The blue jewel is in the location of Sderot, where most of the rockets have landed.

Yaron Bob, a teacher, blacksmith, and sculptor in southern Israel, has personally witnessed the destruction caused by rockets raining down on Jewish communities from the nearby Gaza strip. He decided to make beauty from the ugliness, and has begun making unforgettable works of art out of the metal bodies of the kassam rockets.
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of this item will go towards the building of bomb shelters in Ashkelon, one of the latest and largest cities to be targeted by Gaza terrorists.
