Moshe Castel

Jerusalem-born Moshe Castel worked and trained in Paris for 13 years, before returning to Israel and the Holy City of Safed. His work is characterized by its depictions of Sephardic life and can be categorized into two distinct styles: vibrant, brilliantly colored prints embossed with metallic paints, and strong watercolors which are abstract in style. His work has been displayed in several important galleries.
