This beautiful ceramic wall clock will be sure to encourage peacefulness wherever you choose to hang it!  The clock face surrounds a colorful floral design featuring a dove carrying an olive branch above the words Shalom in Hebrew and English.  Around the edge of the plate is a classical Armenian colorful floral pattern. In Judaism, the dove represents peace and a loving relationship between the Jewish people and G-d, as referenced in Noah's Ark and Song of Songs. 

"The dove returned to him in the evening, and behold, it had a torn olive leaf in its mouth. So Noach knew that the water had gone down from the surface of the earth." (Genesis 8:11)

Each item from Armenian Ceramics is skillfully crafted from ceramic clay according to traditional methods in the Land of Israel. Once it is formed, each item is baked at a high heat (1000°C) until it hardens. It is then masterfully hand painted using metallic and oxidized paint, allowing it to maintain its natural vibrant colors. After, it is reheated and then coated with a fine layer of glazing. After this traditional process is completed, the final product is sure to become a treasured part of your home decor for many years to come!
