This gorgeous Seder plate will make a breathtaking, beautiful centerpiece to your Passover celebrations. The gleaming plate includes six matte dishes resting on gleaming podiums, as well as a gold-plated goblet from which the traditional Four Cups of wine can be drunk. The name of each ritual food item placed on the Seder plate is engraved in Hebrew in both mirrored and regular script, which is reflected from the dishes' gleaming bases. This Seder plate rests on six anodized aluminum legs. A stunning blend of traditional symbols and contemporary creativity, it will make an exceptional addition to your Judaica collection or a spectacular Jewish wedding gift.

The goblet is plated with gold to prevent your wine from becoming tainted. Clean by hand with a soft sponge and soapy water.

The Seder plate holds the ritual foodstuffs eaten and used throughout the Seder. These are: Beitza, a hard-boiled egg whose shell has been burned to commemorate the destruction of the Temples; Zeroah, a roasted shank bone to remind us of the Pascal lamb offering; Maror and Hazeret, two types of bitter herb or vegetable eaten to enforce sympathy with the bitterness of the Jews' 400 year slavery; Karpas, a vegetable which is dipped in salt water to symbolize spring and regrowth; and Haroset, a thick, sweet paste made from wine, apples, dates and nuts which looks like the cement the Jews were forced to pour during their slavery.

This Seder plate is available in a choice of colors.
