Bursting with rich autumnal colors, this exquisite masterpiece will make an eye-catching centerpiece to any room! The iconic Montefiore windmill Yemin Moshe rises among glowing trees heavy with colored leaves, and sits surrounded by the picturesque homes found in the Artist's Colony, an exclusive area in Jerusalem's Mishkenot Sheananim neighborhood. The crumbling white-cream bricks and ubiquitous coniferous trees epitomize Jerusalem's ethereal and eternal beauty, and perfectly capture the artist's love of the Holy City.

Born in December 1944 in the USSR, Zina Roitman is a renowned Israeli artist best known for her aquarelle paintings and serigraphs (silk prints). Moldavian-born Roitman studied classical art at the Art Academy of Kishinev before immigrating to Israel, and was influenced by a broad range of contemporary artists ranging from Picasso, Matisse, Vasarely, Chagall and various Japanese artists. Her distinctive style includes a remarkable affinity for watercolors and the graphic-oriented work associated with printing, and has earned international acclaim. Roitman’s love of Israel and her delight in its unique landscapes are evident in her work, which has been displayed in galleries across Israel, and in Maryland, New York, Los Angeles and Tokyo.
