For centuries, the hamsa (hand shape) has been a common Jewish artistic motif and charm against the "evil eye" that tries to turn every success into failure.  The Yiddish expression kinainahara has a similar purpose.  Both are employed in this beautiful shirt, to gorgeous effect.
