The 2015 Yarden Sauvignon Blanc exhibits citrus, floral, tropical and apricot notes with hints of fresh figs, oak and vanilla. This refreshing, medium-bodied wine finishes with a nuance of kumquat. Yarden Sauvignon Blanc is ready to drink, but will remain in good shape for a couple of years following the harvest. We like to drink this wine along with sushi, freshly grilled sardines, ceviche or with a delicate fresh goat`s milk cheese spread thickly on a bit of crusty bread.
