The pendant is in the form of a large ornate disk containing the most detailed filigree pattern and s central Star of David with a deep red garnet in the middle.

The back of the pendant is inscribed by hand with an ancient Kabbalistic rendering of the Priestly Blessing (Numbers 6:24-27). The letters of the words have been rearranged to spell out secret and arcane holy Kabbalistic names that are said to have protective powers. Around the perimer is inscribed by hand the Hebrew text of the basic Jewish creed: Shema Yisrael, Hashem Elokeinu, Hashem Echad (Hear, O Israel, Hashem is our God, Hashem is One) (Deuteronomy 6:4).
