Wool and Synthetic Blend
This simple white tallit has been beautifully decorated with a spectacular mix of gray and silver striping, making this the perfect gift to celebrate a Jewish wedding or Bar Mitzvah. It is made from a blend of selected wool fibers with synthetic threads, which have been expertly combined to produce a special, light, wool-like texture with a soft finish. The neck piece is embroidered with a Hebrew quote from the Book of Psalms, which reads: oteh or kasilma - who wears light like clothing. The corners are decorated with silky squares which feature the Hebrew phrase sha'alu shalom yerushalayim - ask for peace for Jerusalem - with a detailed image of the Old City's walls.
This tallit is available in a range of sizes.
This tallit is available with a luxury tallit bag at an additional cost.
From humble beginnings in Tikochin, Poland in 1898, Talitnia has grown to be the world’s most renowned creator of quality tallitot. As Israel’s biggest tallit producer, Talitnia supplies the IDF and Chevra Kadisha (Jewish burial society) with tallitot. The family-run business combines ancient tradition with contemporary craftsmanship to produce a stunning variety of tallitot, including traditional, striped wool shawls and modern, colorful designs. The tallit is one of Judaism’s most recognized icons, and a Talitnia tallit is an appropriate way to mark a special milestone.
Talitnia’s prayer shawls are certified Kosher Mehadrin Min Hamehadrin.
