This original design by Jerusalem artist David Fisher is a stunning work of art will draw gasps of wonder from all who behold its beauty!  The design formed in the paper by laser cutting is an unbelievably ornate Jerusalem motif with lions and menorah surrounding the Hebrew word Mizrach (East), indicating the direction of prayer towards Jerusalem, wherever a Jew may be in the world.

Perfect for a Jewish home or synagogue as a wonderful decorative art piece.

Please note: this piece is not framed but is available framed for an additional price.

David Fisher, born in Jerusalem, is an Israeli graphic designer who has revived the traditional Jewish art form of paper cutting, that goes back to at least the Middle Ages, through utilizing a modern laser cut technology. Together with his expertise in Hebrew typography, the technique of arranging and designing text, these acclaimed works of art are a beautiful portrayal of Jewish blessings, prayers, symbols and decorative motifs.
