Sheshet. 2 CD Set

Sheshet was a musical experiment ahead of its time, blending many musical styles such as Israeli folk, Balkan, Mizrahi, jazz, and rock.

It was the 70's.  A time of considerable strength for many  Israeli artists, but a very small market for anything that was too different.  Therefore, the revolutionary Sheshet was around for only a short time, and their only album was released after they had already broken up.

Now, on the 30th anniversary of the recording, a new edition has been released including a bonus disk with the soundtrack to the movie, "Masa HaAlonkot," performed by Sheshet.
