The "Fab Four" shown in this vitreograph are - of course - John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr: the infamous and iconic Beatles were more than just a rock band. They represented a generation's culture and were the icons of their decade; even now, artists cite the Beatles as their musical inspiration and their songs still grace our radios today. This fabulous vitreograph is a tribute to their influence and artistry, and would make an extraordinary gift to a die-hard Beatles fan!

Paris-born artist Jean-Pierre Weill was raised in New York, where he studied and perfected his technique and form at the School of Visual Arts. Aside from his multi-dimensional oil canvas paintings, he is best known for innovating a new art form called vitreography: by painting arrangements across layered sheets of glass, he created three-dimensional framed art capturing still life arrangements, landscapes, and fanciful, imaginative scenes. His innovation has earned him wide-spread accolade across Israel and the world.
