The lyrical sources include the Book of Psalms, Rabbi Nachman of Breslov, classic Sefardi religious songs, plus a smattering of modern artists like Bialik and even one song by Kobi himself. The music is in some cases also traditional, plus a couple of Carlebach melodies, and a few composed by Kobi.
