Yosef lives with his dog in a cheap apartment and works as a doorman for a luxury hotel. He tells his daughter, who lives in America, that he's an importanr businessman. One day, his daughter tells him she's coming to Israel to visit him, causing a crisis in his life. He decides, for one week, to become an important guest in the hotel where he works. But when his daughter decides to stay in Israel for good, the crisis only deepens.
